We pride ourselves on giving the highest quality service in today’s competitive industry of collision repair.  We are now at 504 Cranford Street, after operating next door since February 2008.  Our large workshop has modern equipment, a monitored alarm system to ensure customers vehicles are protected at all times, great technicians and a great work ethic.

Our team of twelve ranges from the ages of 28-48, giving us many years of experience. As a company we are committed to on-going training and development. We have a great team of top quality staff who I am very proud to work with.  Our staff ensure our customers get the best quality repairs completed in the quickest timeframe.

We understand the inconvenience of not having your vehicle, and we know you want to be on your way as quickly as possible. We do our utmost to make this happen.

All our customers are treated equally and kept fully informed through the entire repair process, however we also understand that some situations sometimes require individual treatment – we will work with each customer to attain the best possible solution.

We also have Loan Cars available if needed, we are a member of the MTA – Motor Trade Association.

At Northern Collision Centre we are happy to help you through the insurance process – come in for an assessment and leave the rest to us.  For those who have never been in a vehicle accident, or made an insurance claim before, it can be perceived as a daunting experience – it need not be.  We have great processes in place to alleviate any stress.

Northern Collision Centre is a full service collision repair facility which means we handle all aspects of the repair process from start to finish.  We offer a full collision repair service – from a large structural chassis pull to a small shopping trolley dent, we can help.

We use PPG Paint for our spray painting services – it is one of the most highly respected products in our industry. We use water-base paint which is extremely environmentally friendly.

Staff at Northern Collision Centre regularly complete I-CAR training courses to ensure we use the most up to date repair methods and technologies. (I-Car is a leading developer and training provider for the NZ Collision repair industry).  We get your vehicle looking just as it did pre-accident, it is in good hands.
